This Elmwood Park shower is all about the tile. We kept the existing footprint and transformed the space with a bold, art-deco geometric feature wall, a black tile set in a fan pattern with fine white grout lines that reads almost like stone wallpaper.
Concrete-look large-format tile on the side walls keeps the drama grounded, and a black hexagon mosaic on the shower floor ties the palette together. We finished it with a matte-black ceiling-mount rainfall head and a matching valve, plus a built-in three-cube niche trimmed cleanly into the wall. Precise layout and tight grout lines are what make a shower like this land, and that is exactly the kind of tile work our crew does in-house.
