This Lombard bathroom was rebuilt around a spacious, spa-style walk-in shower. We stripped the old space back and tiled the new shower in warm travertine-look porcelain, then enclosed it in a framed brushed-nickel glass surround with a smooth sliding door.
Inside, a built-in tiled bench makes the shower comfortable for the long haul, paired with a dual setup that runs both a fixed rain-style head and a handheld on a slide bar. Brushed-nickel fixtures, a mosaic shower floor, and a sleek one-piece toilet keep the palette warm and cohesive. It is a calm, high-end bathroom that still works hard every morning.
