The renovation began with the full removal of the existing balcony and old stair structure, opening the space and creating the foundation for a cleaner, contemporary design.
The highlight of the project is the custom geometric handrail, crafted to introduce a bold modern character and serve as a defining design element in the home. To enhance the new open concept, we installed a large statement chandelier in the center of the room and added LED lighting above the staircase. The lighting not only brightens the space but also emphasizes the unique lines of the custom railing.
he final result is a brighter, more open, and visually striking interior – where modern geometry meets everyday functionality.
